Returns & Exchanges Policy for Online Purchases

At Cleanix, we value your satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused cleaning products with original tags purchased from our online store. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Return Process: Include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return.
  • Shipping: Returns must be sent via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned items, a coupon code will be issued for the value of the returned product, based on its retail price at that time. This coupon can only be redeemed on our website. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or in the form of a coupon code.

Note: If the product has been further discounted since your purchase, the exchange will be processed at the current sale price. Items purchased through promotional offers (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 1 Free") are non-refundable, but exchanges for paid items are allowed if requested within 15 days.

Due to system upgrades, items purchased online cannot be exchanged at physical locations. Please return the items via mail for exchange.
